Team Building in Cheshire

Preparations for Go Ape.

As part of our team building strategy, Dean Group has recently enjoyed an “away weekend” in Cheshire. This involved “Go Ape”, quad bike riding and clay pigeon shooting, evening meal and overnight stay at a spa hotel. It was open to all employees and the vast majority took part.

Commercial Director Carol Dean said:

“We try and organise an event like this every year and encourage everyone to take part. It’s a real leveller and helps to develop the team relationships between shop floor and staff that are essential in a small company like ours. We view this as an investment in people and the response is nearly always hugely positive”.
