DGI Team News: Warm Welcomes and a Fond Farewell

As our company continues to grow and evolve, we’re excited to share some important team updates —full of new beginnings and a heartfelt goodbye.

New Team Members

First, we’re thrilled to have more recently welcomed four new team members to the business! Jatinder Singh (Sales Manager), Maria Serna-Ruiz (Estimating Engineer), Tara Soobhug (HR Manager) and Hiwa Hassan (Foundry Operative). All of our fantastic new hires bring their own unique experience, energy, and talent, and we’re already enjoying the fresh perspectives and enthusiasm they’ve brought to their roles. It’s an exciting time, and we’re confident they’ll play a big part in driving our success forward. We’re so pleased to have them on board!

A Heartfelt Goodbye

At the same time, we recently said a very fond (and emotional!) farewell to our long-standing HR Manager, Sara Kennedy, who had been with the company for almost 2 decades. During her 18 years plus with DGI her contribution to the business has been immeasurable—her dedication and unwavering support within the people function has left a lasting impact on the business and everyone who had the pleasure of working with her. Saying goodbye wasn’t easy, but we’re grateful for her many years of service and the DGI team wish her all the very best in her next chapter.
